Board of Directors & Officers

The volunteer-run Hastings Prince Edward Land Trust is governed by a six-member Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for providing three Officers (President, Treasurer and Secretary) with overall policy guidance, while the Officers manage the day to day operations of the Trust. In choosing Board members, HPELT strives to have balanced geographical representation from throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties .
